This workshop invites participants to explore Krump as a practice of giving, receiving and connection. Rooted in movement, emotion and presence, we will explore how energy is offered, shared and received through the body.
In Krump, the dancer never moves alone. The energy of the room—the reactions, sounds, and hype of those around them—can feed the dancer, who responds through movement, emotion, and expression. This creates a constant dialogue — a form of communication without words. Through foundational Krump vocabulary, freestyle, and improvisation, participants will explore how to give without holding back, receive without judgment, and remain open and present.
