Body exploration is highly important, acting as the basics of cultivating potential in the body, as a pre-dance class. This practice is synergized with movement exploration, to produce the ability to synchronise imagination and body capacity to illustrate ideas, may it be one or many. This class facilitates involvement of the general public to be able to move, understand their potential, and at least enjoy the sensation of a professional dancer-style class. Can be followed by the general public, dance fans, non-dancers, and across all ages.
