Tsou Ying-Lin

Taiwanese freelance artist, former dancer of the Cloud Gate Dance Theatre, and dance teacher. She explores the dialectical relationship between her performance experience and inner intentions, seeking freedom from bodily unity. She is dedicated to creation, performance, body development, and dance education. From 2014 to 2020, she joined Cloud Gate 2, where she learned the basic steps of Argentine tango during productions. In 2022, she collaborated with The Performance Workshop on the production "Pan Xian," deepening her understanding of Argentine tango with experienced Taiwanese tango dancer Chen Wei-Ning and integrating it into her personal experience.
