SUMMARY:Corporeal Considerations
DESCRIPTION:Throughout his experiences in the dance world\, Pythos Harris observed that many choreographers and dancers miss an important part in dancehood: physical training. For Pythos\, physical training is a crucial phase for a dance artist to understand movement patterns and master their own body. In this workshop\, Pythos invites participants to explore movement\, find their own body patterns\, basic floorwork techniques\, acrobatics\, and develop body warm-ups according to each participant’s body condition. \nThis workshop invites participants to learn a core principle of being a dancer: knowing your own body. Mastery of the body will make the anatomy of choreography more mature and ensure the body’s readiness to receive various ideas\, data\, and intentions in the next stage of creating any work. \nThis class is open for PUBLIC. \n📍 Studio Tari Besar\, Taman Ismail Marzuki

SUMMARY:This is not a dance
DESCRIPTION:In Iran\, dancing has been officially prohibited since the start of the Islamic Revolution. All dance groups have been forced to cease their activities and many dancers and choreographers fled abroad. Those who remained have to be very resourceful in order to keep their art form alive. In This is not a dance\, Nastaran brings the voices of choreographers and dancers living in Iran to the stage – a performance that faces censorship. What can be shown\, what must remain hidden? How do they deal with the ban on dancing? How do they practice their profession\, what dangers do they face\, what freedoms do they fight for? \nThis is not a dance is a tribute to the body that wants to move. A reverence for art that must be created\, in any way\, shape\, or form. \nCredits:Concept\, direction\, acting: Nastaran Razawi KhorasaniScenography\, video: Peter van TilMusic: Joost MaaskantLight: Minna TiikkainenDramaturgy: Aukje VerhoogCostume: Rebekka WörrmanProduction by Theater Rotterdam

SUMMARY:The Singer
DESCRIPTION:“The Singer” sutures theatre\, vocal music\, craft and movement. The work ruminates on the trans body as sanctuary of feminine predicament and queer remembrance\, which\, through stitch and song\, metamorphose into the performer’s radical transfeminine storytelling premise: the woman who sews her pain is the same woman who sings her freedom. As The Singer herself\, Cadag intones the intergenerational trauma that weaves female truths together while also recounting genealogies of healing embodied in her repertoire of feminine art-making. Embracing two figures Cadag had previously created: Vera Maningning (verus-Latin: true; ningning-Tagalog: radiance)\, a woman clad in white lace singing in site-specific instances; and Munimuni (Tagalog: to introspect)\, miniature doll avatar of Vera herself. These two characters offer a layered reflection of transfeminine incarnations in a woman’s role\, Cadag proposes a trans methodology of creation that vindicates\, in the most human terms\, feminine modes of survival. \nCredits:Choreographer & Dancer: Bunny CadagCreative Assistance: Micah Sofia Pinto & Rasa AlksnyteText: Jaya JacoboSound Designer: Pablo Lilienfeld

SUMMARY:The Mystical Gender in the Intersection of Artistic Stage and Daily Life
DESCRIPTION:Panel:\nDidik Nini Thowok\nIshvara Devati\nJoned Suryatmoko\nRiver Lin  \nModerator:\nLinda Mayasari  \nDance works that display gender expressions outside the binary are often framed as forms of artistic expression related to issues of equality and human rights. The interests of the international performing arts market often simplify the complexity of cultural layers\, power relations\, and political economy of these works to make them easier for audiences to understand. On the one hand\, this approach can strengthen movements and awareness related to gender and social justice in society. However\, on the other hand\, ignoring the complexity of these works reduces the subject to a certain category and uproots artistic expression from its context. \nThis causes these works to lose their potential as sources of critical knowledge about the bodily and cultural experiences of a particular context\, and instead strengthens the exoticization of the Other. This discussion session will discuss a number of questions related to how performing arts festivals can anticipate these challenges\, as well as how to open up a wider understanding that non-binary is not only a form of expression\, but also a critical perspective for understanding social reality in relation to the dynamics of power\, race\, and class. \nNo reservation needed. Register on the spot.

SUMMARY:Remix 3: Powerstation/Arus
DESCRIPTION:In this masterclass\, choreographer and dancer Leu Wijee\, will share his newest discovery/movement research that he calls Powerstation/Arus. Participants are invited to understand how Leu Wijee organizes continuous movement-word-energy\, work with scores\, and the time-space continuum in the mind-body. Imagining it as a power station\, once activated by a single reason\, this power station will regenerate its possibility of “producing” endless forms and words. In this 90-minute class\, the movements and words have been choreographed to help participants understand the whole concept\, including the inspiration. \nThis class is open for PUBLIC \n📍 Studio Tari Besar\, Taman Ismail Marzuki \nLeu Wijee\, A Work about Bodies Post-Disaster and What it EntailsHis collaboration in Museum II: Ridden with Mio Ishida\, a choreographer from Japan\, left a deep impression on Leu. Leu realized that he and Mio shared similar experiences\, both living in areas prone to earthquakes and natural disasters. While in Japan\, one of the outcomes from their joint creative process is the concept of the body in ‘standby’ mode. Read more

SUMMARY:Choreographic Intrusion
DESCRIPTION:Like a surprise or a dream\, this choreography springs out unprecedentedly between the rhythms of Hip-Hop\, Butoh\, and Contemporary dance. Created in 2020 in France\, this 30-minute performance is designed to be performed in situ –recreated in each location by involving more local performances and showcasing their skills\, within both hip-hop or contemporary movement vocabularies. This unique\, strong\, and poetic movement vocabulary is the main spirit of the choreographer’s hip-hop background\, tempered by contemporary and traditional dances of Thailand and Laos where the choreographer comes from. This work has been transmitted in Paris and performed in various public spaces\, currently in the process of being transmitted to Asia until now. This work demands dancers to adapt to their environment\, interact with the audience\, and create new dimensions in various living spaces. \nMonday\, November 4th & Tuesday\, November 5th 202403:00 – 03:35 pm | Taman Ismail Marzuki \nThis performance is free and open for public. SUMMARY:RIDDEN
DESCRIPTION:The title Ridden is translated as ‘ditunggangi’ in Indonesian and ‘憑依/Hyoui’ in Japanese. It is a word associated with spirits or ghosts–invisible but a felt present\, when one returns from an unknown territory and their shoulders are ridden by a foreign energy/spirit. In Ridden (2024) choreographer Leu Wijee reflects on his long-term research project since 2018 about humans and the environment in relation to post-natural disasters. Using personal and collective traces as a starting point\, Ridden is a sensory performance displaying and discussing the “conditions” between destruction and renewal; constraint and restoration; resilience and recovery; revolting and whispering\, readiness and coercion\, cleansing and repression; and preparedness and hope; or simply what Wijee calls “between disaster and dance”. \nCredits:Concept\, Choreography\, Scenography: Leu WijeeCo-research and collaborator: Mio IshidaPerformers: Bade Kurniawan\, Dani Budiman\, Leu Wijee\, Mio Ishida\, Rheza OktaviaProducer: wijeesworksCo-produced: Indonesian Dance Festival and Japan Foundation JakartaOrganized by: Indonesian Dance Festival and wijeesworksSuper Supporters: Jakarta Arts Council\, Jakpro\, Jakarta International Contemporary Dance Festival\, Japan Foundation Jakarta\, Kobalt Works and Toko Seniman \n*The development of artistic research for this performance has been supported by Jakarta Arts Council\, Jakpro\, Jakarta International Contemporary Dance Festival\, Japan Foundation Jakarta\, Kobalt Works\, Toko Seniman and Indonesian Dance Festival as part of evening performance of Indonesian Dance Festival (2024)\, Toko Seniman as part of Dalam Seniman artist in residence (2024)\, the Taipei Performing Arts Center as part of the ADAM – Asia Discovers Asia Meeting for Contemporary Performance / Kitchen in (2023)\, Taitung County Government as part of the Taitung Fringe Festival (2023)\, Ministry of Education\, Culture\, Research and Technology of Indonesia as part of Ngetest (2023)\, Indonesian Dance Festival in collaboration with Japan Foundation Jakarta as part of the Kampana of Indonesian Dance Festival (2022)\, Asia Performing Arts Farm as part of workshop Farm-Lab Exhibition Tokyo 2021\, Salihara Arts Center as part of Helatari (2021)\, and Jakarta Arts Council as part of Upcoming Choreographer VS Koreografi Tari (2020). \nAcknowledgement: Alice Hui-Sheng Chang\, Baden Hitchcock\, Chun Lao and Family\, Dennis Lin\, Dino Kaleb\, Helly Minarti\, Iksam Djorimi\, Jecko Siompo\, Joned Suryatmoko\, Josh Marcy\, Kevin Julianto\, Kifkifu\, Osamu Shikichi\, Pasifik\, Sikola Mombine\, Syanindita Prameswari\, Viktor Schramek and WeiLing Hung. \nLeu Wijee\, A Work about Bodies Post-Disaster and What it EntailsHis collaboration in Museum II: Ridden with Mio Ishida\, a choreographer from Japan\, left a deep impression on Leu. SUMMARY:Argentine Tango & Gender Roles
DESCRIPTION:In this workshop\, we will use the style of Argentine tango as the main focus for exchange. In the dance style of Argentine tango\, female dancers must center their weight on their male partners\, who lead the spatial direction. This dynamic of dependency and movement reflects traditional gender roles in Taiwanese society. Choreographer Huang Huai-Te intentionally allows female Argentine tango dancers to return to their own center and dance solo\, suggesting that women in Taiwan have gradually gained autonomy amid social changes. Beyond exchanging movement and body knowledge\, this workshop aims to be an exchange session in perspectives on gender roles within and its development in each participants’ cultural background. \nThis workshop is open for PUBLIC\, with the following requirements: \n– Ages 15 and above. \n– Bring your own high-heeled shoes.

SUMMARY:Bedhaya Hagoromo
DESCRIPTION:Bedhaya Hagoromo is a combination of two classical artforms: the Javanese Bedhaya dance and Japanese Noh dance-theatre. Formulation of the work was formed when Didik found a similar story in these two classical artforms\, the story of Jaka Tarub. With Richard Emmert and Akira Matsui\, this work attempts to stitch the aesthetic of Bedhaya and Noh to show both the interconnection and uniqueness of each culture. The melding of these two classical artforms also emerge through the musical interplay of Jogjakarta-Solo influenced traditional Gamelan and Noh instrumentalizations\, Bedhaya costume with Noh masks and fans\, and other aesthetic elements. Through deep experience and references from the three collaborators\, Bedhaya Hagoromo offers a rooted contemporary dance form that bridges the uniqueness of classical artforms surpassing boundaries. \nCredits:\nChoreographer: Didik Nini Thowok\nMaster Noh: Richard Emmert\, Akira Matsui\, John Ogleeve\nComposer: Alex Dea\nChoreography Consultant: B.R.Ay Yudonegoro

DESCRIPTION:Suun departs from the discoveries obtained when observing the activity of suun as a daily practice of the body. Suun is a technique of carrying items by placing them on the head. When performing suun\, there is a connection between the body\, objects and space – how objects placed above the head affect the body’s movement space. Utilising dance and her mother’s biography as a starting point\, Arista examines further the position of women in relation to power. As a choreographer\, she is dedicated to continuing to explore the various discrimination phenomena experienced by Balinese women. \nExploring the Minds of Yogyakarta Dance PractitionersFive young choreographers performed their works\, dance practitioners exchanged insights\, while performing arts managers collaborated to make Lawatari: Yogyakarta happen. SUMMARY:Methods of Martinus Miroto
DESCRIPTION:In 2021\, the Indonesian dance scene lost one of its maestros\, Martinus Miroto\, who had contributed significantly through his works. Miroto\, who was born in 1959\, apart from being known for his choreographic works\, has also opened up space for artists through various initiatives\, built Studio Banjarmili in 2001 and also started the Bedog Arts Festival in 2007. His piece “Penumbra” which started from Miroto’s final assignment to obtain a Master of Fine Arts (M.F.A. ) at the University of California Los Angeles (UCLA) in 1995\, became an important point in the history of his work. Looking briefly at the long history of Miroto’s journey in the world of dance\, indeed we can imagine that it cannot be disassociated with two aspects\, training discipline and thought processes. He then applied both of them not only to himself\, but to the dancers involved in his works. So to understand Miroto’s thought process we need to experience his training discipline\, and vice versa\, understanding Miroto’s thoughts will let us connect more easily with his training discipline. \nWith these considerations in mind\, this workshop will be divided into two sessions. In the first session\, participants will listen to stories and testimonials from the first generation of Miroto Dance Company dancers\, Agung Gunawan\, then continue to the second session with physical training by Anter Asmorotedjo. \nLawatariLawatari is made of a combination of two words – to visit (lawat) and tari (dance). SUMMARY:Ganda
DESCRIPTION:Ganda is a dance piece that depicts the emotional and physical journey of women ‘carrying’ labourers who work at the Beringharjo Market\, Yogyakarta. This dance tells the story of their dual roles in an intriguing choreography\, creating harmony between their graceful movements and the physical burdens they carry every day. Through dynamic dance movements\, the dancers portray their interactions with various goods in the market. They form interrelated patterns\, creating a visual picture of the interconnection of life in traditional markets. The long shawls they wear are a symbol of the tenacity and passion of women as labourers. \nExploring the Minds of Yogyakarta Dance PractitionersFive young choreographers performed their works\, dance practitioners exchanged insights\, while performing arts managers collaborated to make Lawatari: Yogyakarta happen. SUMMARY:Budi Bermain Boal
DESCRIPTION:This work reflects various experiences lived by Megatruh and elementary school students in the 1980-2000s era in various regions of Indonesia. The name “Budi” is deeply embedded in the memories of students in that era because it is included in the Indonesian language lesson book “Ini Budi”\, distributed and used in schools throughout the country\, and the name became a term that was created and standardised to describe the ‘good student’ model in the eyes of the teacher. This phenomenon forms a uniform student experience across the country\, regardless of alternative thinking\, with the target of following the syllabus without developing students’ potential and creative abilities in the educational process. Megatruh’s reflection on the existence of a ruling figure who carries out standardisation or “cultivation”\, where a teacher or lecturer can also be a figure of power within a large system to carry out this “cultivation”. Education seems to be a game for those in power\, like a soccer ball. The thoughts and methods of Augusto Boal’s Theater of the Oppressed were applied by Megatruh as a frame for reflection and access to invite the audience’s active involvement in this work. Through the inclusive Boal technique\, Megatruh hopes that a process of empowerment and democratisation will occur\, a testimony that all groups have the right to play a role in determining the direction of a society. \nChoreographer: Megatruh Banyu Mili | Dancers: Widi Pramono\, Putri Lestari\, Megatruh Banyu Mili | Dramaturg: Ahmad Jalidu | Lighting Designer: Ign. SUMMARY:Atandâng
DESCRIPTION:Atandâng is a dance piece that departs from Sri Cicik Handayani’s exploration of the relationship between the penayub and the tandâ woman. Penayub is a male dancer and Tandâ is a female dancer in the Madurese Tayub traditional social dance. In this work\, the choreographer attempts to trace the nandâng (dancing) activities of the penayub by rereading the gestures and corporeality of the male body in traditional dance choreography through the perspective of female penandâ’. \nChoreographer: Sri Cicik Handayani | Dancers: Sri Cicik Handayani\, Yogi Afriah M. SUMMARY:Strategy of Sustainable Arts Strategy
DESCRIPTION:Looking at one’s own context is critical to find strategies for working in the dance sector with a variety of choices. The three practitioners in the discussion come from three different contexts\, perhaps intersecting with each other\, but in continued process exploring best strategies when faced with diverse challenges. Mila Rosinta Totoatmodjo reflects on the intersection between work\, motherhood\, and how to support both aspects mentally and financially. Scholastica W. Pribadi takes us to reflect on the dynamics of building platforms and studios in geographic spaces that are quite challenging in terms of infrastructure and artistic environment\, in Gunung Kidul\, Yogyakarta. Siti Alisa offers reflections on her journey as a choreographer and dancer\, which is not only about dance technique and craftsmanship\, but beyond that\, there is an essential awareness about the body and its position in specific spaces that needs to be considered. \nSpeakers:Mila Rosinta Totoatmodjo (Founder of Mila Art Dance)Scholastica W. SUMMARY:SILO
DESCRIPTION:The work “SILO” explores the Islamic custom of tahlil (the act of repeatedly reciting the sentence “la ilaha illa Allah”\, which means “there is no other god worthy of worshipping\, other than Allah” as a prayer ritual)\, in this context seen as the central motoric movement around the torso. The work is a vertical dialogue method between him and the Holy One through repetitive and personal movements. This work is developed from his previous work “SILA”\, which was created during Ghulur’s residency at American Dance Festival. Ghulur sees “SILO” as a space to explore the body within the constraints of physical space. “SILO” as a choreography and ritual is an endeavour to reach the emotional and spiritual peak with a limited physical position where one is grounded to the earth. \nThe artist talk after the performance will dissects the development process of the two works presented at Lawatari Padangpanjang. “SILO” by Hari Ghulur and “Tanangan” by Kurniadi Ilham are developed through several transformation of artistic form and staging. These two works are very closely related to the cultural background of the artists. Hari Ghulur embarks on an exploration of “SILO” from the tahlil tradition in Islam and the intensity of torso movement as a motor center. Apart from exploring the transformation process in the development of these work\, Hari will share how he draw inspiration from the daily rituals he experience in his living spaces and how he use body movements in their daily lives as a kinesthetic mode for choreographic works. \nSpeaker: Hari GhulurResponder: Ali SukriModerator: Ahmad Oscar Ridho \nArtist/Choreographer: Hari Ghulur | Dramaturg: Arco Renz | Composer: Rosemainy Buang | Lighting Direction: Riski Ade Pradista | Producer & Manager: Sekar Alit | Costume Designer: Retno Damayanti | Dancers: Hari Ghulur\, Patry Eka\, Puri Senja\, Errina Aprilyani\, Angga I Tirta\, Aditya Putra\, Sefira Sukmaningtyas. \nCelebrating Contemporary Dance at Padang Panjang. SUMMARY:No. 60
DESCRIPTION:“No. 60” is a treatise on Pichet Klunchun’s research over two decades on the language of Thai traditional Khon dance. Stripping the classical form of its face-mask and sequined costume\, Pichet scrutinizes the 59 poses and movements in the Theppanom canon which all Thai classical dancers acquire by rote-learning. He then formulates six new principles that underlie this 700-year-old system and presents a manual of hand-drawn diagrams and notes that allows the young generation to think and learn rationally\, free of mysticism and ideological imposition of history. \n“No. 60” composes two choreographic studies that enact Pichet’s philosophy of relativity and fluidity. The first one applies the formal logic of abstraction\, cool and contemporary compared to the second one which is more mimetic\, affective and closer to the expressive nature of Khon dance. Each study also reflexively breaks down the lexicon that constitutes its choreography\, and lets us observe the rigour of an academic approach and the potential of structured improvisation for the contemporary trajectory of Khon dance. \nAs “No. 60” unfixes the rigidity of classicism\, it also embraces the sense and soul of Thai legacy. It unfolds a complex dialogue between tradition and innovation as they inhabit and circulate within the same continuum\, not as binary opposites\, to instigate individual thought and motility in the times of autocracy. \nCommissioned and co-produced by Esplanade – Theatres on the Bay\, Singapore\nCo-produced by TPAM – Performing Arts Meeting in Yokohama and Taipei Performing Arts Center \nArtistic director\, Choreographer & Dancer: Pichet Klunchun | Dancer: Kornkarn Rungsawang | CG artist: Jaturakorn Pinpech | Music/ Sound designer: Zai Tang | Set concept/ Lighting design: Ray Tseng | Dramaturge: Tang Fu Kuen | Producer/ Company manager: Sojirat Singholka | Production/ Stage manager: Cindy Yeong

SUMMARY:Pesona
DESCRIPTION:Smartphones and their advanced cameras have made us accustomed to capturing or recording anything around us. As a choreographer\, Eka’s drive to take pictures comes from dances\, particularly the Gong Dayak Kenyah dance\, one closely related to her own body and dancing experience. Since 2016\, Eka has been researching the history\, kinesthetic elements\, mythology\, and aura of this specific dance. In her research process\, she observes pictures of the Gong Dayak Kenyah dance\, taken by herself and her collaborators. She then found particular characteristics in the form of personal tastes\, feelings\, perspectives\, even aesthetic and ethical considerations from the photographer’s gaze on the Gong Dayak Kenyah dance. The experience makes them feel as if there is an invisible guide that controls the angle and view of the camera lens. \nThrough the choreography work in “Pesona”\, Eka experiments with exchanging various perspectives and rereading the characteristic elements that also influence the visual sense of pictures taken of the Gong Dayak Kenyah dance. \nChoreographer: Eka Wahyuni | Collaborators: Azwar Ahmad\, Melynda Adriani\, Primadana Affandi\, Wendy Pratama | Music by: Whansetiyawan | Lighting designer: Yonek D. SUMMARY:Performing Artifacts: Objects in Question
DESCRIPTION:Mella Jaarsma is a long time artist who uses various mediums to translate ideas about clothing or body covering traditions\, some of which have been expanded into performance practices. The performativity aspect of Mella’s work becomes a temporary offer of a deep reading of objects and artifacts\, but also shapes them in a new reality of space and time. By clashing artifacts and works\, objects and performativity\, conceptual and historical\, Mella Jaarsma confronts us with situations that are out of the ordinary for the body and what we cover it with\, presenting experiences that are between that of the real and the imaginary. \nThe Indonesian Dance Festival in collaboration with ROH holds an artist talk program to explore more in terms of performativity in Mella Jaarsma’s artistic practice. \nSpreaker:\nMella Jaarsma \nModerator:\nYacobus Ari R \n30 Years of IDF – Rasa: Beyond BodiesIn 2022\, the Indonesian Dance Festival (IDF) reaches its 30th year\, a milestone representing an established foundation and maturity. For the 30th anniversary\, through the title “RASA: Beyond Bodies\,” the IDF traces the steps that have been taken and speculates what will next benefit the development of Indonesian dance. \nInformation about Festival

SUMMARY:The Size of Rice II
DESCRIPTION:Measurements play an important part in our lives and form the basis of our mindset\, instinct and intelligence. How we perceive the world and how we shape the world around us is a direct reflection on measurement and proportion in relations to the human body. This performance takes inspiration from a grain of rice\, a traditional measurement unit in a shared agrarian heritage of Southeast Asia. It was this common measurement unit that made commerce in the region possible. However\, measurements also serve other purposes beyond commerce. Measurements are also a system of quantification for building and dwelling. In an archipelago like Indonesia\, a diversity of systems of measurement also diversifies the process of worlding itself. \nMella Jaarsma invited four performers with diverse ethnical and cultural backgrounds in Indonesia to collaborate with her. Based on each dancer’s ontological understanding of preferred correlations\, namely length\, weight\, time and distance (interspace)\, the artist creates an art object for each individual. After the objects take shape\, she welcomes the performers to interact with the artworks according to their own understanding of the world. “The Size of Rice II” digs into measurements of objects\, like a grain of rice\, as well as measurements between objects and the body. \nConcept: Mella Jaarsma | Performers: Abdi Karya\, Siska Aprisia\, Pebri Irawan\, Ari Dwianto | Wood constructions: Octo Cornelius | Video: Anita Reza Zein | Light: Banjar Andura

SUMMARY:Sustainability through Regeneration
DESCRIPTION:The continuation of art practice has always been a challenging matter for all art stakeholders in Indonesia to think about. This is mainly due to limited and unequal infrastructure and economic resources\, but also other important aspects that are interrelated\, such as contextual artistic vision\, human resources\, target audience\, development of digital communication technology\, mobility of people and goods\, professional networks\, also the dynamics of the art field both in the local\, national\, and global aspects. Meanwhile\, performing arts has a distinctive pattern because this sustainability issue does not only apply to groups\, but also individual artists. \nDeparting from the regeneration process that is being carried out by IDF and several other art organizations in Indonesia in the last few years\, the four speakers presented will provide readings and meanings of regeneration from their own experience. \nSpeakers:\nJeannie Park\nSari Majid\nYudi Tadjudin\nIna Suryadewi \nModerator:\nFarah Wardani \n  \nVenue: Rooftop/Serambi – Salihara Arts Center \n30 Years of IDF – Rasa: Beyond BodiesIn 2022\, the Indonesian Dance Festival (IDF) reaches its 30th year\, a milestone representing an established foundation and maturity. SUMMARY:E-PAL: Remembering Our Childhood Body
DESCRIPTION:In this workshop\, Eyi Lesar will invite participants to play games such as the traditional childhood game\, Gobak Sodor. Participants will explore integrating choreography\, games and sports\, while considering intentions and the impact on one’s body’s motor response within a space. This session is an experiment in which participants are challenged to create a patternless choreographic structure that conforms to the rules in a given “space” and relies on the spontaneity of the body. The grown-ups and their bodies will be invited back in time to remember the intelligence of children playing “standby mode” and “neutral mode”\, all the while focused on the goal at hand: dancing while winning the game. \nVenue: Teater Jakarta 4th Fl Studio\nThis workshop is delivered in bahasa Indonesia.

SUMMARY:Body Exploration
DESCRIPTION:Body exploration is highly important\, acting as the basics of cultivating potential in the body\, as a pre-dance class. This practice is synergized with movement exploration\, to produce the ability to synchronise imagination and body capacity to illustrate ideas\, may it be one or many. This class facilitates involvement of the general public to be able to move\, understand their potential\, and at least enjoy the sensation of a professional dancer-style class. Can be followed by the general public\, dance fans\, non-dancers\, and across all ages. \nVenue: Teater Jakarta 4th Fl Studio\nThis workshop is delivered in bahasa Indonesia.
